It happened because people paid for loot boxes on other games and because people bought shark cards for GTAV and they made millions. Pay 60 for red dead 2 the single player is fantastic....the online is just an add on so they can make money while people wait 5 years for the next game. Better off buying indie games instead of shark cards or gold bars
